Outgoing chairman Phyllis Guthrie recently inducted fellow Leeton member Jan Munro to the role for the 2018-19 year in a changeover ceremony.

Encompassing nine clubs across the Riverina, the district committee organises social activities and provides support to the organisations with their fundraising activities for causes such as cord blood research and projects that contribute to the welfare of women and children.
Mrs Munro is looking forward to the challenge of the role and also hopes to attract new members to the clubs across the region.
