Member for Murray Helen Dalton will be heading to Leeton on August 15 to get to know more of her constituents in the shire.
The idea will be to get to know the woman behind the name in an informal setting all served up with delicious food from Leeton's most renowned chef Eric Pages.
Mrs Dalton was elected as the new Member for Murray in March after defeating incumbent Austin Evans.

It was the first time in years that a Nationals member had been defeated in the seat.
Mrs Dalton will give a short presentation about herself on the night, but the idea will be to mingle and chat.
"This is a great opportunity to catch up with people outside Griffith in a relaxed, friendly non-office setting," she said.
I really want to hear what concerns people in Leeton have and how I can help them.
"We don't even have to talk politics.
"I'm happy to chat about anything.
"Pages do some really nice Chorizo sausages, so I can wait to get stuck into them."
While Leeton isn't currently home to an electorate office for Mrs Dalton, there is the possibility of a pop-up office being started in the town so residents can take their concerns to their member in a more formal setting.
The dinner idea came from Mr Pages and his wife Vanessa Pages.
They wanted to find out more about their local member and decided it was something the community should also be involved in.
The event will be held at Pages on Pine on August 15 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
RSVP now at the restaurant.
