This was certainly something many in the shire were able to be part of in 2019 with many beautiful weddings held.
Leeton shire residents were among thousands upon thousands across the country to tie the knot in 2019.
There were big weddings, small weddings and everything in between.
All of the couples had something in common - the joy of sharing their love and bond with their family and friends.
With just days remaining in 2019, the official numbers are not available yet for just how many people got hitched this year.
However, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics in 2018 there were 119,188 marriages in Australia, up 6234 (5.5 per cent) compared to 2017.
The median age at marriage was 32.4 years for males and 30.5 years for females.
