This year marks the second time the Cup has been held in Leeton and is again being organised by Warren Weir.
Round one kicks off on Friday evening with six men's and six women's teams again taking part.
Teams are again affiliated with a local licensed premises venue. The idea will be then for teams to again support each of these locations each week on a rotation basis.
This promotes the community aspect of the competition while also supporting businesses in the process.
Weir said a couple of the teams still had very limited spots available. The men will play a nines format, while the women will play sevens.

"I'm allowing 20 players for each team, so there's still a couple that have 17 players at the moment," he said.
"We've had a bit of interest from players from Griffith, but we've decided to keep it just for locals.
"Most of the sporting codes are again represented. I think everyone likes that concept. It's open to everyone to have a go at. You don't have to have played rugby league before."
The men's format is tackle, while the women play league tag. With Country Rugby League now being merged with NSW Rugby League this has meant there has been some difficulty in organising the details of the event, but Weir was hopeful it would be just as successful as it was in 2019.
"For us (the Leeton Greens) this is part of our pre-season training," he said.
"We've basically only got one more free weekend from now until September. That's how we are seeing it.
"They are only quick games, but it's a good opportunity to be playing and getting a bit of match fitness."
The competition will run for six weeks. Each team will play each other once before the grand final of both divisions in the last week, which will be between the top two sides.
"I think there might be a little bit of friendly rivalry again," Weir said.
