The organisation, with the assistance of Leeton Shire Council, Intereach and the NSW Communities and Justice Department, recently co-ordinated a fun day out at the library for families.
The event started by catching the Lions train from Gossamer Park to the library where a whole host of activities were planned.
There was a tour of the library, making bookmarks, a scavenger hunt, afternoon tea and much more.
Leeton and District Aboriginal Land Council chief executive officer Karen Davy said the idea was to provide productive events during the school holiday break.
This was already seen at a moonlight cinema night and a visit from the Walkabout Barber, both in Gossamer Park, during the recent break.
"It was also a good chance to show what the library has to offer," Mrs Davy said.
"It was very well received.
