The Griffith shopper has decided to stay anonymous after picking up the money in the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw, which was drawn on Tuesday.
The winning entry was purchased at Griffin Plaza Newsagency, with owner Manjit Lally said he was glad the winner had discovered their win in time for the weekend.
"We are so pleased the winner has come forward," he said.
"I can only imagine how excited they must have been.
"We wish them all the best and hope they enjoy their prize.

"Hopefully we can sell more major prize winning tickets soon.
"It's always wonderful news hearing about a winner in the region."
The Lott spokesman Ally Ramsamy said while it might never know exactly what the Griffith winner planned to do with their prize, she was sure it would bring them much joy.
"What better way to start the weekend than by discovering you are now $100,000 richer," she said.
"No doubt our winner has plenty of exciting plans for their windfall and hopefully this prize can make their self-isolation a little bit more fun."
