Coach Paul McGregor said the team had been looking strong before COVID-19 regulations were handed down to all facets of life, including community sport.
With Group 20 due to hold a Zoom meetingn with clubs on Monday night, McGregor was hopeful plans could soon start being hashed out for a return date for football in 2020.
However, he said this would need careful consideration by all clubs, who will be weighing up a number of factors, particularly senior men's sides who do pay some of their players.
He said his league tag side had been working hard during pre-season before the restrictions hit.

"The girls were having a really great pre-season," McGregor said.
"When all of this happened, I basically just told them to stay fit where they can and I think most of them have been doing that.
"That don't want their hard work to go out the window."
Some of the team's members are participating in the May 50k, which requires them to run 50 kilometres throughout this month to raise funds for the MS Society.
McGregor said players had also been sharing some of their workouts with each other through their social media channels to help push each other along.
"I think all the girls would just love to be out there playing," he said. "We've just got to wait and see what happens.
"Obviously it's not all going to happen straight away.
"I think we're still possibly looking at a mid-July start date, but there is a lot of things that need to be worked out for that to happen."
The ideal situation for Group 20 will likely be for all teams to play each other once before heading into a finals series.
