The event had been due to be held on Easter Monday as part of this year's Leeton SunRice Festival.
However, COVID-19 restrictions meant the festival was cancelled and the championships were put on hold.
Organisers decided not to cancel the event in the hope it could go ahead later in the year.
However, two months on from Easter and a new date has still not been decided upon.
Restrictions are still in place for outdoor gatherings, making it difficult for organisers to reschedule with confidence at this time.
However, they do remain hopeful the championships will go ahead this year and will keep them community updated.

Participants compete in several different categories, including skateboarding, scooters and BMX riding.
There are usually professional demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for crowd support and involvement.
