The Leeton Pivotal Awards are replacing the usual Leeton Business Awards in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nominations are now in and finalists have been announced, with the winners set to be virtually announced on July 30.
The finalists across each of the categories are:
Business adaptability:
Rise and Shine Fitness, Lillypilly Wines, Stir Espresso, The Hungr Fox, Studio 9.
Business focus during down time:
La Fresco Cafe, Leeton Soldiers Club, Indulgence for Hair.
Exceptional communication:
Leeton Soldiers Club, Watkins Funeral Directors, Sauce Communications, Rise and Shine Fitness.

Outstanding leadership in uncertain times:
Kim Doss, chairman LCCD for the Leeton Community Op Shop, Brady Smith, Leeton Community Op Shop, Liane Gawne, Sauce Communications, Susan Higgins, Home Care NSW, Warren Weir Studio 9.
Best customer service representative:
Marco Pantano, Toll Priority, Renee Sharman, Leeton Newsagency, Tarnya Meagher, Leeton Community Op Shop.
The Leeton Business Chamber, who is co-ordinating the awards, said almost 100 nominations had been received across the five categories.
The finalist lists have now been sent off to the external judges from Wagga, Corowa and Yass Business Chambers to determine the winners.
