And so, I found myself reflecting about what things I have done that I wouldn't have otherwise if it wasn't for COVID.
It wasn't until I did this that I realised how incredibly lucky I am to have accessed many wonderful online training opportunities over the past few months.

Last weekend I watched a defibrillator familiarisation session hosted by the Yellow Wiggle, Greg Page.
While I had only just recently completed defib training, it was a novel way to learn more about first aid and CPR.
The "Accidental Counsellor" course was admittedly one of my favourites - it was hosted by Lifeline and there were some really engaging conversations that formed a part of that session.
The Covid Food Safety course just seemed like an obvious choice and a good one to complete.
Now, I've just downloaded the Auslan Tutor app as I'd like to learn a bit of sign language given this week is the National Week of Deaf People and they are offering the app to download for free.
I'll also admit though that I did bite off more than I could chew at one stage.
I enrolled in a free 12-week course with TAFE, but about 2 weeks in, I realised I had over committed myself and quickly withdrew.
I'll save that one for the next pandemic (just kidding!).
