There's no denying the club was struggling to find an executive for the 2021 season, having to hold two annual general meetings before being able to fill the vital positions.
Each of these roles has now been covered, meaning Yanco-Wamoon is now moving in the right direction and will be fielding sides in next year's Group 20 competition.
What that competition will entail is still being decided, but Coelli was pleased the Hawks would again be competing.

"We have had some people say to ask they thought we were folding, but that's definitely not happening," he said.
"We've got a good committee behind us.
"The issue was we had people on our executive who had been doing it for a long time and they wanted to step back.
"They haven't gone anywhere, they will no doubt still be helping us out when we need them to."
The new executive has wasted no time in hitting the ground running ahead of next year's season.
Already they have announced Troy Preston and Kane Hammond as their first grade coaches, as well as signing former Leeton Greens young gun Elwyn Ravu Jr and another young player in Lachie Pengelly.
How next season will play out is still being decided after Group 20 clubs elected not to play a shortened season this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Changes are expected to be made to the competition.
Coelli said coming on board as the president during these different times was a challenge, but it was one he was looking forward to. "Hopefully we can start to get everyone keen and excited again for football," he said.
"We've got a good committee and it's really good that we've already signed Troy and Kane (as the first grade coaches).
"Hopefully it will be a big year for us."
Yanco-Wamoon's focus now is on confirming numbers for the 2021 season, as well as getting everyone behind the club once again.
Various events are being planned, including the ladies auxiliary holding a bingo event on Saturday afternoon, get togethers to watch the State of Origin series, family days and light training runs towards the end of the year.
