Will Wakeman, Bailey Wood and Hayden Mahalm have all re-committed to the Crows ahead of next year, giving the senior squad more confidence heading into 2021.
It comes as the club begins its pre-season training, which has received a solid response.
First grade assistant coach Matt Rainbird said having the three sign on the dotted line was another piece of the puzzle slotting into place.
Wakeman is a key back, Mahalm is a half-back flanker, but can also play up forward, while Wood will be moving to a key position in the forward line.
"Obviously with Dan Muir going back to Tassie and Jade departing (to Coleambally), there's some big spot up-for-grabs in the forward line," Rainbird said.
"This will be a great opportunity for Bailey to have a big year up forward.
"We're hoping he can have a break-out year.
"Hopefully all three will have a good pre-season and continue with their development."
Wakeman is the most senior player of the three having had several solid seasons with the Crows.
He made the RFL representative side two years ago as a key back, with Rainbird hoping Wakeman will continue to go from strength-to-strength.

"We're hoping he can continue on the path he's going with his development and establish himself as one of the key and best backs in the competition," Rainbird said.
The Crows have finished week two of their pre-season program, which is focusing more on skill work rather than fitness at this stage. Coach Sam Darley has provided a program for the players to follow before he moves to town early in the new year.
"We've had pretty good numbers so far, it can be tricky at this time of year," Rainbird said.
"We're focusing a lot on getting the ball in our hands and working through drills.
"There's not a lot of that pre-season running and fitness happening just yet.
"You tend to lose all that momentum with Christmas and New Year.
"Once we get through that period we'll get started more on the fitness side of things."
