My Plan Connect was established this year after gaps in services provided to those with a disability were identified.
What's happened since then has been nothing short of remarkable.
My Plan Connect offers a respite house and has grown to include 12 staff and several volunteers since starting in July.
"We were predominately going to be offering respite and employment support," My Plan Connect director and NDIS consultant Jodie Ryan said.

"We had identified those as being two gaps in town, but from there it has sort of snowballed to include community participation, going into to schools and help create programs there."
One-on-one support is also offered for all kinds of areas, including life skills.
The respite house in Leeton has also been a God send for families, but while there it's not just about having someone be "babysat".
There's programs, games, excursions and much more on offer.
My Plan Connect will also be offering engaging and inclusive school holiday activities for the community.
This helps those who have a disability to integrate into the community, showing there doesn't need to be activities that are segregated depending on a person's ability.
My Plan Connect's aim is to provide a caring, welcoming and inclusive environment for clients to feel comfortable and free to live an "ordinary" life.
The employment support side of the initiative is also something the group is passionate about, according to business manager Amanda Holden.
"It's about assisting young children with disabilities or those who are having a harder time at school than most to help them find direction and understanding that just because they might not be getting the best grades or doing a lifestyle program, it doesn't mean they won't be able to land their dream job and be paid for it," she said.
"We're building relationships all throughout the community, the schools and with businesses."
My Plan Connect was established by Ms Ryan and Michael O'Bree, the company's director and support mentor.
In chatting with the staff it is easy to see they have a passion for what they are saying and, they are putting that into action.
"We're all really passionate about this," Ms Ryan said.
