The society has spent the last couple of weeks making sure families in Leeton shire who are doing it tough this festive season aren't forgotten.
To do this, the society teamed up with the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW and Goodstart360 to make sure Santa Claus gets to families on the land and those affected by drought and bushfires.
Goodstart360 repurposes surplus brand-new goods and directs them to the Australian's who need them most, in this case regional communities with children who may otherwise miss out on the joy of a gift beneath the Christmas tree.
This year the toys were supplied by Lego.
"Our committee members had the pleasure of delivering boxes of Lego to the seven primary schools in Leeton for their giving trees," show secretary Janne Skewes said.
"Lego was also presented to the Leeton Community Christmas Lunch committee plus a special delivery was taken by the Need for Feed Disaster Relief for children affected by the bushfires."
The society was also granted a Christmas wish itself from the The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, who recently announced the group was successful in its application for the Supporting Agricultural Shows grant.
This money is reimbursement of accounts paid out when the Leeton Show was cancelled.
"Once again thank you to Susan Ley and her department as this will assist the society in holding a successful show in 2021," Mrs Skewes said.Th
