Held on the grounds of the school, the twilight carnival was a fun day for all involved.
Around 40 new records were set by some talented swimmers over the 33-metre short course.
Students who placed in the top two from our carnival in every event, were then selected to represent YAHS at the zone swimming carnival.
Age champions for 2021 were:
- 12 years boys: Luke Anderson
- 12 years girls: Grace Palmer
- 13 years boys: Hamish Warhurst
- 13 years girls: Riley Cattle
- 14 years boys: Archie Gay
- 14 years girls: Amelia Waters
- 15 years boys: Harvey Gay
- 15 years girls: Libby Saunders
- 16 years boys: Lane Doyle
- 16 years girls: Alice Walsh
- 17 years boys: Thomas Hughes
- 17 years girls: Claire Gribble and Ruby-Belle Stingemore.
House points:
First Gardiner 2390, second McCaughey 1949, third Breakwell 1959 and fourth Mutch 1316.
