The Greens have started the season with wins over the Black and Whites and Yenda, while the Mallee Men knocked off the Blueheelers in round one before having the bye last weekend.
Leeton coach Hayden Philp feels it will be a great test to see where his side is sitting in the early stages of the season.
"They play very similar to us, very quick footy, and they will definitely be one of our tougher contests throughout the year," he said.
"We played Black and Whites first round, and they are only going to get better and better each week but to play a side like Wyalong who is always a very good side and play very high skilled footy.
"It will be good to see where we are actually at."

Philp knows his side will need to hold onto the ball much better than they did against Yenda, having won the game despite having a poor competition rate.
"We were probably lucky to win games like that because I think it was less than 50 per cent for the game," he said.
"The score probably didn't reflect how tight the contest actually was, but if we can complete at least 60 or 70 per cent, those points probably would have been a bit more. It was full credit to the boys for being able to defend the way they did.
"They only scored four points with 12 blokes on the field in the last five minutes, so it was a massive effort."
This weekend will see the Greens without the services of George Broome, and there is a bit of a wait and see on a couple of others.
Meanwhile, West Wyalong will be without their captain-coach, Jake Goodwin, who will represent Country against City this weekend.
The first-grade clash between the ladder leaders will get underway at around 3pm at Leeton No 1 Oval on Sunday.
