Both sides entered the weekend looking to break their duck when the first whistle blew at Hay Park.
Alicia Sloan and Amanda Rourke crossed for the Leeton's sides opening two tries before a double from Emily Wright put her side in the box seat.
For Hay, Delilah Crighton scored a double while Megan Pearson also got over the line.
Sarah Allen wrapped up the 25-15 win, which was an impressive effort given the side went over with minimal numbers meaning there were no replacements.
This weekend will be another good chance for the Dianas to pick up their second win of the season when they take on an Ag College side who are only ahead of them on points difference.
