It has been a packed house at the program each day of the school holidays, with plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.
In the lead up to the school holidays, the program's co-ordinators were busy planning for all scenarios and situations if the lockdown wasn't lifted.
However, when it wasn't, the plan they came up with was one that has been well received.
"We decided to just have the full two weeks here without any excursions, just to do the right thing and stay in our area," co-ordinator Keira McCallum said.
"We've changed things up a bit and we've been doing lots of new things.
"There's been lots of craft, cooking and sport. We had music Monday with a disco and games.
"We had a wheels day, where the kids brought their bikes and scooters, we hadn't done one of those for a while. We just wanted to think of different things for the kids because we weren't going anywhere."
With the students completing a month of home learning for a month before heading back to the classroom for a week before the holidays, they were still very eager to spend time with each other.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Even into the second week, they are just so excited and happy to be around each other," Miss McCallum said.
"It's really lovely to see. You can tell they all missed those connections during lockdown, so it's been good to have them here and having fun."
After School Care will now return as school goes back this week.
