It was a mixed weekend of results for the Leeton players taking part in the first grade competition.
Hanwood would have been looking to continue their unbeaten start to the season when they took on Exies Eagles in the 50-over clash.
Josh Carn (1/16) made an early breakthrough, but the top order laid the foundation for a defendable total while Corey Graham (0/12) struggled to find his rhythm bowling six wides in his two overs as the Eagles reached 153 when they were bowled out in the 46th over.
Graham (18) made up for his struggles with the ball as he top-scored for the Hanwood side, who struggled to find stability in their batting order.
When the final wicket fell, Hanwood were bowled out for 90 in the 22nd over to hand Exies Eagles their first win of the season.
In the other first grade game, normal service resumed for the Diggers side, who are now the only unbeaten side in the first grade competition after a 103-run victory over Leagues.
