Sebastian Crelley and Jonah Allen recently took part in the NSW PSSA cross country championships in their respective age divisions.
Both agreed it was a tough run on the day, with many hills in their path.

Jonah placed in the middle of his field, which consisted of 76 competitors from across the state, while Sebastian also fared well in his two-kilometre race.
“It was pretty hard … you have to be pretty fit, but it was still good fun,” Sebastian said.
Held in Sydney, the pair were up against some of the best runners from throughout NSW.
Both had to go through the different levels to make it to the championships, qualifying first at the school level, then the Leeton-Narrandera PSSA event and finally Riverina.
“It was really difficult,” Jonah said.
“There were so many hills.
“On the flats I went pretty well against everyone, but it was the hills which were really hard.”
