The Eagles got the points last time the two sides faced off, but Crows coach Daniel Muir is quietly confident his side can get the job done and pick up their first win of the season.
While remaining winless, Leeton-Whitton have been playing better football in the last month and have been matching it in several areas with teams at the top of the ladder.
The Eagles have won just the two matches this season. Muir said his team was itching to get on the board.
"I think we are definitely a real chance of winning ... we're old rivals and the fact we're both down the bottom of the ladder, we think it's a good opportunity to get that win we've been building for," he said.

"They beat us last time, so we definitely want to get one back on them.
"A win for us would be huge for our young players. A bit of redemption would be good."
The Crows will lose Angus Crelley and Coopa Steele to representative duties on the weekend and will be looking at how to cover those gaps as the match approaches.
Muir believes the match will be won around the contested ball on Saturday.
"They were pretty good at it last time, so I think it's going to be won in the middle with the contested footy," he said.
"In the last few weeks we haven't been giving up. Our effort has been there.
"Last week against Wagga there were patches where we controlled the ball well and dictated the play.
"So we are improving, it's just going that one step further this weekend hopefully."
