Miss Caffery participated in the event last year for the first time after being given a wildcard entry and she was again approached to participate in the same fashion in 2020.
She will now take part in the NSW finals, which will be held next month in Sydney.
Until then, as part of the event, she is not only fundraising for Variety - The Children's Charity, but also preparing to move to Sydney to attend Macquarie University where she will be studying a Bachelor of Law and Psychology (Honours) with a major in neuroscience.

Miss Caffery completed her schooling at St Francis College at the end of last year and life doesn't look like slowing down anytime soon.
After taking part in the event last year, Miss Caffery feels slightly better prepared the second time around.
"Last year I didn't really have a lot of notice, so I only really had about two weeks to do my fundraising, but this time I've had a few months to prepare," she said.
"It's an honour to be chosen as a wildcard entrant again because it was such a fantastic experience last year.
"It's something I'll never forget. It's also a lot more than just a beauty pageant. You need to be able to speak well, be thoughtful and there's the fundraising. It's a lot more than just 'looking pretty'. What I loved the most was meeting all of the other girls as well."
Last year Miss Caffery was selected to wear an original dress by designer Rocky Gathercole for the competition.
The event also requires the entrants to discuss a charity that is important to them both to the judges and at the public event.
"You have to chose a different one to Variety, so I spoke about Beyond Blue and how important mental health is to me and my community ... I thought it was a great platform to be able to create more awareness," Miss Caffery said.
Last year Chelsea finished in the top 10 and she's hoping to be able to use this year's event as another way to discuss issues important to her.
As well as that, she is continuing her fundraising in Leeton and on Friday will hold a White Night at the Wade Hotel.
"Variety are a really great organisation and now that I've seen how the money is used to help children, I'm excited to be raising money for them again," Miss Caffery said.
"Everyone has been so supportive of me, so I'm really grateful for that.
"It's very exciting and a bit daunting all at once to be taking part again."
