This week, Griffith will have been free of any coronavirus cases for nearly two months.
Only three cases were confirmed in the city, and the last person with the virus is believed to have recovered 57 days ago.
Leeton has had no recorded cases.
Across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District only one case remains active in Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council area.
Testing has been the priority for the MLHD, which as of Tuesday morning, had completed 11,889 tests in the region.
MLHD's public health director Tracey Oakman warned residents to be vigilant following the easing of restrictions which had led to travel around the state for the Queen's Birthday long weekend.
"We advise people to exercise caution," Ms Oakman said.
"The virus has the potential to spread very quickly when people are in close contact.
Ms Oakman said it was important to follow the state government's COVID-19 Safe guidelines to minimise the spreads.
"We continue to ask people to good hand hygiene and physical distancing. Please self-isolate and get tested if you begin to feel unwell." she said.
Leeton residents can be tested at a special clinic for the virus located on the hospital grounds.
