After finishing as minor premiers in the second grade division, the side will travel to Conolly Park on Saturday where they will face Wagga City.
The last time the two sides played each other was in round two, when the Leeton side picked up a 17-10 victory.
Since then both teams have improved vastly throughout the season, setting up an enticing encounter to decide who will make it through to this year's grand final first.
Leeton Phantoms club president John Hill said the side was locked and loaded.
"A couple of things we've been working on is our discipline and the second one is getting that aggression or contact at the break down right," he said.

"Wagga City in the past have been very strong in the forwards and contested the break down quite well.
"We've been concentrating on making sure we get bodies to the break down and get the clean out right to create good, free ball for our backs to be able to utilise."
What worked well for the Phantoms last weekend in their final home and away game for the season was their forwards being able to get across the advantage line and then creating that space and opportunities for the backs.
With such a well-drilled team going into the finals series undefeated, there will be some tough selection calls to be made.
"From last week we've got four guys coming back, including our captain," Hill said.
"We've got some difficult decisions to make. We've already had those discussions with the guys at training on Tuesday night.
"They are all supportive of the decisions we've had to make and why.
"Everyone wants what is best for the side and the club, especially during finals."
Temperatures are expected to be on the warmer side again on Saturday in Wagga, but Hill is confident the side, having played in similar conditions over the past couple of weeks, will take it in their stride.
He said the team had been working on fitness at training, with all players much better for the extra run in their legs.
Spectators are welcome at Saturday's final, with the game kicking off at 11.30am.
