The Panthers were able to make the most of a fast start with Rachel-Rose Priest getting over the line and the home side were able to run away with the game from there.
Hollie Penrith, Makelesi Toga, Ashleigh Penrith and Priest all got over before halftime to see the Panthers leading 22-0 at the break.
Priest continued her good afternoon with a third early in the second half while Myah Simpson and Beyonce Marela crossed inside the opening eight minutes of the second half.
Ashleigh Penrith scored her second midway from the second half before another two tries to the Panthers saw them able to walk away with 54-0 victory.
Meanwhile, in Coleambally, Yenda was able to pick up their first win of the season over DPC Roosters.

The Blueheelers struck in the sixth minute before Kayla Panazzolo got over to see the visitors leading 10-0 after 16 minutes.
The Roosters struck back with a try to Tua Mare, seeing the Roosters trailing 10-4 at halftime.
Eliza Baddock pushed her side's lead back out to 12 points with a try in the three minutes after the break, but the Roosters refused to lay down, with Ellen Frost pulling it back to a six-point gap.
A try with five minutes remaining was enough to give the Blueheelers a 20-10 victory.
Finally, Hay was able to take a 22-8 victory thanks to a hat-trick from Luci Lugsdin against TLU Sharks.
