The match will be a big one for both sides, with both eager to see the state of play in the first grade competition is currently at.
The sides last met in round one way back in May, where Leeton scored a 48-22 thumping of the Black and Whites.
Leeton has gone on to not drop a game since then, but coach Hayden Philp will be wary of the opposition heading into Sunday's blockbuster.
Adding to the excitement on the day will be the the Panthers celebrating their centenary, meaning a big home crowd will certainly be on the sidelines cheering on their team.
"They will be really hard on the home ground, especially with having what will probably be a lot of supporters there," Philp said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The Greens are coming off the back of a break after easily accounting for Yanco-Wamoon in their last game almost two weeks ago.
"It was a chance to rest some of our injuries such as Kirtis Fisher, but he'll be right to go this weekend," Philp said.
"Vilame (Latenacolo) will also be back.
"He's been away for a few weeks now, so it's going to be good to have him back.
"This will be one of our tougher games of the year.
"Everyone knows they are a big side, a lot of power over a small side like us."
Philp believes the key on Sunday will be having the Greens keep to their structure, as well as getting the ball in their hands as often as possible.
"We've got a different structure that we will try out this weekend," he said.
"At training we've been working on our usual areas of our game.
"We're definitely not perfect, we do have those lapses, so playing the full game out will be the key."
Defence will also be massive for the Greens if they are to keep their streak going, but Philp said he had full confidence his side could get the job done.
"Everyone is keen to be playing a big game like this one just to see where we're at at this point in the season," he said.
