It was a nail-biter in the under 11s with the Crows falling to a 3.6 (24) to 3.0 (18), with Cooper Purtill kicking two goals while Xavier Chilko kicked the other major.
The under 13s defending premiers signalled their intent with a 13.15 (93) to 2.0 (12) win to start the season, while the under 15s also made a commanding start with an 18.10 (118) to 2.6 (18) victory.
Tallis McMillan was dominant with seven goals, while Jude Clayton kicked three goals with Billy Limbrick and Shannon Lehman kicking two goals each in the 100-point win.

It was a perfect start to the netball side of things for the Crows.
The under 11s picked up a 28-3 victory, while the under 13s were also strong with a 33-6 win.
The doubleheader in the under 15s saw Crows Blue take a 53-13 victory while Crows Red secured a 38-25 win.
